The time frame of this process is normally 30-90 days. All results are different and is controlled by the holder restraints and processing times. We will do our best to minimize the time in the process, in order to get you to the finale step as soon as possible.  

In completing the documents, you would have to sign a contingency fee agreement with other forms in out New Claimant Package. These forms will allow us to work in your behalf to identify and clarify the property and/or funds that may be owe to you, plus who maybe holding them.
